Modules
Risk Analysis
As a risk analyses tool, Isovision allows you to plan and implement all stages of an effective and efficient risk management program, for all types of risks in quality, environment and health & safety. Identify the processes, activities, equipment, critical check points, workstations with the attachment of environmental aspects (inputs and outputs), health & safety hazards and deficiencies in quality. Complete the risk analysis (qualitative and quantitative) and complete as needed an inventory representing the risks, aspects and impacts present as required by ISO-AS-OHSAS standards.
Evaluate all types of risks in environment (EMS), health & safety (H&S) and quality (QMS) according to their impact on business operations, employees, customers, suppliers and other interested parties. Re-use your risk analysis template or create a new one taking into account legal, standard, and other requirements. Create links between risks and compliance. Plan and implement various contingency measures and action plans to ensure an effective control of significant risks. Document risks and their impacts on a daily basis by creating links to documents and information saved in IsoVison’s modules (Document Management, Nonconformities, Planning, Equipment Maintenance, etc.) as well as external documents and web pages.
Planning
As planning software, Isovision offers companies a complete range of management tools, whether it is for the planning of quality management systems, environment, health and safety or as strategic business planning software: objectives, goals, resources, timetables. Set objectives, document goals, standards and requirements (legal or otherwise) to comply with, control and manage risks. Plan, implement and follow-up all action plans and company projects. Allow the management of human resources, materials, finances, and timetables. Document the progress of tasks, costs, and events that arise during a project.
Create communication plans aimed at internal or external parties (employees, customers, authorities, etc.) of the company. Centralize all routine activities necessary to the respect of commitments by the company in environment, quality and health & safety. Monitor effectively the progress of tasks and measure performance from a Dashboard which includes project management, key performance indicators (KPI), alarms and automatic reminders so that no deadline (revision date), milestone or event is forgotten.
Training & Competences
As training and competences management software, IsoVision makes it possible to meet company’s needs related to the management of skills as much for trade skills as for the requirements of management systems (ISO/OHSAS) in environment, quality or health and safety. Establish competency based management. Complete employee records. Establish job descriptions and define required skills (mandatory or not) for each position.
Compare employee’s experience with job requirements to quickly identify training needs (skills that are missing or need to be renewed) per individual or position. Manage the complete training cycle: (registration, schedules and specific training plans, holding of activities, evaluations/exams, recording results, printing of certificates, updating of skills records). Record and analyze costs (time and expenses), produce various reports for the 1% training obligation. Plan the training, preparation of, holding, and follow-up of employee and supplier training. Analyze the performance of your training and skills management system with key performance indicators (KPI).
E-Learning
The E-Learning module is the ultimate management tool to decentralized, simplify and automate management surrounding the maintenance and allocation of training activities; for the skill management in environment, quality, health & safety, or to master the know-how, Isovision is the software for the development of your workforce. The E-Learning module allows for the implementation of knowledge management in the company and the elimination of non-value added clerical tasks. Access to a list of training available on-line, register yourself (or one of your employees) or invite a colleague to register in an upcoming training session.
Take a course, receive instructions, complete exams (if applicable), obtain results and print training certificates on-line, directly from your workstation. Automatically transmit results and advise supervisors once training is completed. Update automatically employee and supplier skills record. Stay in touch easily, and at the lowest cost to quickly evaluate employees (and suppliers) knowledge and their understanding of new procedures and work instructions. Keep track of time spent in training and exams, produce internal and legal reporting.
Equipment Maintenance & Calibration
To fulfill the requirements of operational control of management systems (ISO/OHSAS) in environment, quality or health and safety; so a company can focus on reliability and strive for operational excellence. Isovision is the software solution of choice for the planning and implementation of equipment maintenance (preventive maintenance) and standardization (calibration) of control and measurement equipment. It allows you to record and maintain all the equipment in the company.
Plan, identify, communicate, and assign maintenance and calibration tasks. Record master standards, measurement scales and sets of standards. Create plans for monitoring and maintenance of equipment based on a schedule (preventive maintenance) or usage level (predictive maintenance), print maintenance and activities schedules (by equipment or person in charge). Print work orders and calibration forms. Record the history of events relating to the equipment for traceability (users, products measured, risks analyzed). Signal non-conformances, CAPA’s and complete your plan-do-check-act cycle.
Manage equipment recall campaigns and loans (software for warehouses). Know, at all times, the location and status of an equipment. Control monitoring and measurement equipment. Get complete statistical analysis of the Repeatability and Reproducibility (R & R) type, which are the basis of the concepts of excellence you will find in Lean Manufacturing such as Total Productive Maintenance (Total Productive Maintenance - TPM) and overall rate of return (ORR).
Supplier Management
Allows you to effectively control the status of suppliers based on their products and services and offers manager a complete and quick overview of suppliers. The supplier management module is the ideal tool to monitor the performance of suppliers and ensure their conformity to legal and ISO requirements, as well as centralize and share information between the various departments in the organization.
Document Management
Allows the management of all types of physical or electronic documents within the company. The Document Management module facilitates the classification and retrieval of information and automates, electronically, the revision of documents with electronic signatures. It can also control access to documents to ensure that users only see updated versions. It also makes it possible to automate the maintenance of historic and assures complete traceability of all transactions. The Document Management module is the ideal tool to provide the right information accessible to all, to notify people of any changes and to keep full traceability on all changes.
Audits & inspections
The Audits & Inspections module makes it possible to carry out all types of audits and inspection rounds (process, compliance, observation, inspection, conformity). This Module also allows you to plan an audit calendar, prepare questionnaires, record results and create non-conformities.
It is a very effective tool for assessing the performance of the company and its suppliers, analyzing trends and exporting the results in several formats for your continuous improvement projects and objectives. The ISO 9001-14001-17025 questionnaires are already integrated into the system and it’s possible to add other questions of your choice.
Monitoring & Measurement
The Monitoring & Measurement module allows you to record and measure all types of measurement results (quality specifications, environment & health and safety of raw materials and finished products, inspection and testing of in progress or finished products, environmental compliance (concentration, load, etc.), occupational hygiene data (noise, dust, etc.), laboratory results, measurements of productivity/quality rate/speed, unexpected equipment shutdowns and overall rate of return (ORR).
The module also allows you to analyze results in real time according to predefined goals and legal requirements, automatically create non-conformances and send alerts and emails in case of overruns. It also allows you to analyze various trends and provide quality information about the performance of the company as part of continuous improvement projects.
Nonconformities & CAPA
The Nonconformities module allows you to report all events and manage non-conformances, customer complaints, and risks in quality, environment and health and safety. It makes it possible to prevent potential hazards, raise improvement opportunities, and record and manage accidents. It also makes it possible to rigorously follow-up corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) in progress, ensure their effectiveness and the respect of due dates. Lastly, the Nonconformities module allows you to perform cause analysis, ensure the monitoring of direct and indirect costs, evaluate performances and analyze trends by department, process, product, etc.
Dashboard
The Dashboard module provides a custom overview of all current activities in the company. The Dashboard is a unique gateway that simplifies the consultation of key performance indicators (KPI) and presents in a single screen all the current activities: projects, non-conformances, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), follow-up activities including equipment maintenance, training, audits, reviews, information and derogation requests, continuous improvement projects and all other tasks under your supervision.
Performance Review & KPI
The Performance Review module allows you to assess the overall performance of the company and manage all the elements of a management review as well as the organization of meetings. Using the Performance Review module allows you to directly enter into IsoVision all the information of a management meeting, with real-time access to projects and in progress tasks within the company.
