Efficient monitoring of projects & tasks in progress

The Dashboard module allows you to have, at your fingertips, a personalized overview of all in progress activities in the organization. The Dashboard module constitutes a unique gateway which simplifies the consultation of performance indicators (KPI) and presents in a single screen, all ongoing activities: projects, non-conformances, actions and follow-up activities such as equipment maintenance, audits, training, revision requests, information and derogation requests, continuous improvement projects and tasks that require supervision.

In our integrated Quality – EMS – H&S software, the facilitated access to information constitutes an important condition to decentralise responsibilities and favour rapid and informed decision-making. The Dashboard can be customized per user and allows a global view of the in progress non-conformances and corrective & preventive actions (CAPA). It lets you identify critical factors with the help of graphs and perform follow-ups. It lets you perform statistical analysis of in progress non-conformances and corrective actions, monitor on a daily basis tasks and requests and easily communicate the work to be done.

For managers, it is the ideal tool to manage by exception, supervise in progress projects and actions, but also to decentralise responsibilities and more actively involve employees.

Finally, the Dashboard allows a real-time view of the main performance indicators (KPI) and lets you feed the management review and performance reviews, as required in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, etc. The Dashboard module is integrated with other IsoVision modules such as: Risk Analysis, Planning, Training & Competences, E-Learning, Equipment Maintenance, Supplier Management, Document Management, Audits & Inspections, Monitoring & Measurement, Nonconformances and Performance Review.
